Our standard opening hours are Friday 4pm - 8pm, Saturday 11am - 8pm
Sunday 11am - 6pm, we do open with extended hours and extra days in the school holidays.

Do I need to pre-book?
We are located at Unit 3, Olympus Business Park, Newton Abbot, Devon, TQ12 2SN
No, pre-booking is not essential however we strongly recommend it to avoid disappointment.
Do I need to pay for a ticket if I am just spectating?
We ask for a small booking fee of £3 (redeemable drink included), so that we adhere to our set capacity. If you decide you wish to play, please see a member of staff where we can upgrade your ticket on arrival or even during your session (subject to availability).
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
Yes we do! You can find the option to purchase them on the book it now page and select todays date and gift card option will be further down the page.
IS the venue accessible for Wheelchair users?
Our venue is spread across 2 floors, we do not have a lift to access the second floor but the ground floor area is accessible for wheelchair users. We also have a disabled access toilet. The ground floor is fully accessible consisting of arcade machines - with this in mind, we can offer 50% off for Wheelchair users. Please use code "WU50" at checkout or message us for any further details.
Do you sell food and drinks?
Yes! We offer a wide range of food and drinks for children and adults! We also have a fully licensed bar and can offer the sale of alcohol after 11am. *Serving alcohol in the near future*
Do you have car parking?
We have a limited number of parking spaces available outside the arcade free of charge. We also have shared parking at the centre of the business park.
I AM running late for my session, what can I do?
Please let us know as soon as possible if you are running late. We will aim to move your tickets into the next time slot, subject to availability.
I need to reschedule my booking, can you help?
Yes, provided we are given 24 hours notice or more we are more than willing to reschedule your booking, subject to availability.
Are children able to attend without an adult?
Children 12 years and under are required to have an adult / guardian (18+) present with them onsite at all times. Children aged 13 and over may attend without an adult with permission from their parent/guardian.
Do you do birthday parties?
Yes! For a minimum of 8 guests we offer birthday party packages for children, teenagers and adults!
It's a 2 hour session, that comes with 2 x free adult tickets + discounted spectator tickets.

I wish to book a party but cannot pay in full at the time of booking, do you have flexible payment options?
Yes, we offer the option to book parties with a 50% non refundable deposit, with the remaining balance to be paid no later than 7 days before arrival (This includes any amendments to group size). Please contact us on info@insanityarcadedevon.com or facebook to finalise balance or if you have a query.
I have a party booked, when should I arrive?
Please ensure you arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your selected time slot. This is to ensure we do not go over our capacity during the busier periods while other guests are inside the arcade.
how do I book my food order for a party?
Upon arrival we will give you a food ordering sheet. You mark off how many of each meal and then the time you would like it to be ready and then hand it back to us at the bar.
how do i use the darts room?
The darts room is available for anyone 13 years old and over (subject to availability). £1 hire for a set of darts (to authorise use). At busy times the session will be limited to 30 minutes, to let others have a go as well.
When do you serve hot food?
Term time the kitchen is open Fridays from 4pm - 7.30pm, 11.30am till 7.30pm on Saturdays and 11.30am - 5.30pm on Sundays. In school holidays the kitchen is open weekdays 11.30am till 7.30pm.
Can I hire out the venue?
Yes, our private venue hire options start from £300 for 2 hours. We can offer venue hire any time / any day of the week. Please contact info@insanityarcadedevon.com for further information.
Are dogs allowed in the arcade?
Only guide and service dogs are allowed in the arcade. This is to ensure a safe environment for downstairs with the low lighting and flashing lights and for upstairs with food and parties taking place.
CANCELLATION POLICY
24-Hour Refund Window: Guests can request a refund within a 24-hour window from the point of booking, provided the scheduled visit is not within the next 24 hours. Any cancellations occurring after this 24-hour period will only be offered to transfer to another date. No refunds will be issued.
Rescheduling: If you need to change your booking date or time and your booking was made more than 24 hours in advance, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session. In such cases, we will provide a voucher for the amount of the booking to be used for a future visit.
Cancellation by Insanity Arcade Newton Abbot: In the rare event that we need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., maintenance, weather), we will contact you immediately and you will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
Gift Vouchers: Gift vouchers are valid for use immediately and have a 1 year expiration date on them. They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Lost property
We will hold any items left behind for 1 month so please contact us if you think you have left something at the arcade. Please note that personal possessions brought into the arcade are the owners responsibility and the arcade will not be held accountable for lost items.
